I’m gunna splain it a bit more simple this last time just coz.When you are experiencing consistent feelings of fear, lack and a sense of attack on a consistent basis sometimes the mind needs to be hacked (like Yuval Hoorahree would say) like a little animal through the mechanics of the body. Or Rather through the minds unnecessarily deep dependency on bodily identification actually.
It works and you seem like you are intelligent but angry and sad and I think it could help to just try.

I like your posts. Usually things that are logical that I missed. Which is one definition of constructive. However, being autistic, I cant be insulted. I see emotion only with some effort.
