August 11, 2022 at 11:31 am #113244Polder DwellerParticipantHa! Pelosi’s Taiwanese adventure is turning into spectacular own goal. Now the Chinese have said that it’s no more Mr Nice Guy, declared that the USA was the principal instigator of the crisis in Ukraine and that they know that the US wants the sanction stick and a lasting war to ruin Russia.
August 11, 2022 at 11:36 am #113245Polder DwellerParticipantI can’t post the link, but here’s the first part of the same story on RT:
According to Beijing’s ambassador in Moscow, in this way Washington is seeking to “exhaust and crush Russia”
Washington is seeking to prolong the conflict in Ukraine as much as possible in order to weaken Moscow, China’s ambassador to Russia has suggested.
In an interview with Russia’s TASS news agency published on Wednesday, Zhang Hanhui said, among other things, that it was the US that had initiated “five rounds of NATO’s eastward expansion, directed the ‘color revolution’ in Ukraine’ and ‘driven Russia into a corner’ in terms of security.” According to the diplomat, all these factors combined led to the current conflict in Ukraine.
He went on to describe the US as the “initiator and chief arsonist of the Ukraine crisis.”
“Zhang claimed that by slapping Moscow with “unprecedented” sanctions and providing Kiev with yet more weapons, Washington is seeking to prolong the armed conflict for as long as possible. This strategy is aimed at “exhausting and crushing Russia” eventually.
The Chinese ambassador noted that he saw parallels between the conflict in Ukraine and the latest escalation around Taiwan. He alleged that the White House is deploying the kind of tools it previously used in the Eastern European country.
According to the diplomat, the fact that the US is “flexing its muscles” on China’s doorstep, arranging “various anti-China groups, and has now openly crossed all borders on the issue of Taiwan” just goes to prove his assessment. He dubbed this as nothing short of an “Asian-Pacific version of ‘NATO’s eastward expansion’.”
The envoy pointed out that the US is pursuing effectively the same goals with respect to China as it is vis-à-vis Russia – to “hinder the development and rise of China, interfere in its internal affairs” as well as to “exhaust and contain it with the help of war and sanctions.”
August 11, 2022 at 1:10 pm #113246aspnazParticipantInteresting to see Amazon.com de-stocking their warehouses, wondering what the game is: maybe they are they reducing the number of products they stock so that they can become a second tier distributor, but somehow I doubt it.
As far as I can see, there is nothing they have failed to stock that cannot be easily bought elsewhere. For me the elsewhere is taobao.com, aliexpress.com, hktvmall.com.hk, biggo.com.tw etc, except for the speciality stuff like Carlson Cod Liver Oil and then you just get it from the Carlson site.
As a home brewer I was surprised to find that they are out of Star San sanitizer and loads of other home brew supplies. Of course, that stuff is everywhere and I was able to source it locally but you can also source it from the Five Star Chemicals web site.
Amazon does not stock it any more? What are they doing?
Are they trying to make the people panic by making them believe that certain stuff is no longer available? I thought they had huge leverage over their suppliers, so what is going on? I also am amazed that their Shenzen warehouse – yes, Amazon has warehouses in China – is not able to supply stuff that AliExpress can supply, also from Shenzhen, stuff from most of the companies that advertise and sell through Alibaba.
This has nothing to do with shipping, I am in Taipei and there are lots of companies that ship here, the same companies that ship for AliExpress, despite the China-US games. Today I received an induction cooker from taobao, it arrived on time, no delay, even our local Ikea has no problems getting stock from Sweden – yes, I had to visit there today and they have pretty much everything in stock.
What is Amazon doing? They are definitely part of the new world order, so their stock reduction seems to be a calculated effort, something that will be blamed on Russia? Maybe shipping? The essential need for your suicide to save the planet? Maybe they are trying to kill the companies that use them, strangle them by cutting off market access?
We need some ingenious person to write a web site that shows us the extent to which Amazon is out of stock.

Peace will arrive in the Ukraine with assassinationsAugust 11, 2022 at 3:05 pm #113249Dr. DParticipantStill trying to scenario Pelosi as the Davos crowd. … Xi says thanks to her visit, China needs to stop agitating internally and make him ruler-for-life. Hey, I thought he already had that! But Pelosi is helping him consolidate his power against internal rivals that won’t go away lately. …And coincidentally were from all the cities he had to lock down for Covid. Coincidence, I’m sure. No conclusions, still looking.
Those 87,000 IRS agents are required to be “happy to use deadly force” as a condition of employment. So not phone answerers. Not Billionaire-chasers either. And now, 30 years later, the IRS has been increased many times, every time they said they needed to have more agents to answer calls and improve customer service. Every day of my life, remember when they had a scandal you could call them? no phone rep knew any tax answers, all answered questions differently and you will be audited for following their official, express directions.
So: entire lifetime of hiring agents, never once improved customer service or put them on the phones. Why now? Why this time? A: they won’t, they are being sent fully armed to harass and audit a small garage mechanic in Lexington, KY, to put him out of business so the local GM dealer is a monopoly. Unless that GM dealer is of the other party, in which case they’re not a friend, and we audit them with guns too.
I mean, watching the IRS and FBI for 40 years, what do you think they do? With the 87,000 agents we already gave them since 1913? Audit the Hunters and Pelosis, the Gingriches the political machine in Delaware and lingerie owners trading foreign supermodels in Manhattan? Um, no. That’s for YOU, dead-broke single mother in Arizona who carried the “1” wrong. Hammer time, you tax-dodging criminal scum. We got Hunter’s crack bills to pay and federal gun crimes to cover, so be a dear and lose a work shift by waiting on the phone for 6 hours.
https://sinfest.xyz/btphp/comics/2022-08-11.jpgFor Trump: so now we know the DON’T know what the warrant was for. At all. And neither does he, since the agents issuing it didn’t allow it to be read. (Illegally, I believe). They also removed the property owners and their lawyers from the property. Also illegal, I believe. Preventing a person from being in their home an going about their normal business requires an arrest, a detention of some kind. Warrants must be specific to location and object suspected. It seems they searched areas not subject to warrant: also illegal. They wanted very much to shut off all security cameras, which is not illegal, and didn’t happen, but is incredibly disturbing and suspicious in the highest.
And this is knowing that like so many of the guys under lawfare right now, Navarro for instance, they’re lawyers: you just say, “We need you to show up in the office on Aug X with Document Y,” and they do, or file back. THAT is being “subject to the rule of law”, that you treat them the SAME as a “normal” case. Unless you think he’s fleeing the country or something. They were in discussions, and he was following their doc-storage advice, so clearly that was not the case. They just liked to break things for the Media Theater, and/or there is a different sub-faction of FBI who jumped the turnstiles of the existing crew, also deeply disturbing. FBI has factions now? Multiple People running the same case?
Great how the 50 remaining patriots keep getting them to overreact with deeply guilty consciences and make them expose themselves to the American people as tyrants and frauds. Couldn’t be happier. Armstrong had a snap interview where he said 2024 kicks off the Civil War cycle, (probably bc tampered, unclear election) and this is the end of America and democracy, which tend to die in 240 years. Yes, the old one is dead. But it was already dead in the 90s, when people started to take offense and were met with open violent, oppression, no rule of law, no consequences, passing of openly unconstitutional measures, handing the government to China, and Gingrich’s Congress played kabuki and let them. And helped. Helping!!! As they said in 1979, “Was the Government too small under Carter?” That we need to expand it? No, the people already felt the government was about too large then. What 1/10th its present size? Where we pass half-trillion dollar laws and don’t even call them “Bills”, but a mere, unimportant, “reconciliation.” Adding 87,000 government employees and $500B, with more for Ukraine than the State of Florida, that doesn’t need to be discussed by anyone! Nor have a majority. Just 50 +1. For total change of direction, $3T spent.
So having set the stage for the FBI, it – or politicized sub-factions, who are not subject to oversight, along with judges who are the employees of known pedophile, traffickers, and felons – we can now erase the FBI from government and replace them with some new department of our choosing. That might have a snowball’s chance of being honest. I mean, after we shortly go broke.
What did you think the 87,000 “deadly force” employees and their billion rounds of AR-15 ammunition were for? The next logical step is a tax strike, immediately as the Central government weakens and wouldn’t have been able to project power and terrorize the people into compliance. So they need to pre-empt this tax strike they seem certain is happening in weeks. Why will Florida pay taxes to a Federal government that is outside the law? Is harassing and shutting down the state? Is filing lawsuits interfering in state-run elections? Is investigating and making lists of people who speak at school board meetings?
They won’t. They’ll stop paying a government that is illegitimate, not obeying law, but also not legally elected. Which is coming up next month. Why can I say “Illegitimate”? Geez, well Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer, all said “Illegitimate election” and “Illegitimate President” for 5 years now, it’s nothing new I’m doing. AG Letitia James has a long YouTube mashup in public of how she’s going to prosecute and ruin Donald as her NYS job description and life’s work. Um, Ms. A.G., wouldn’t you need to be aware of a CRIME in order to investigate, prosecute, pursue? What crime is that specifically, since you talk so much about it? You don’t have one? Can’t name it, don’t know it? Huh. Sounds a little bit like illegitimate government, abuse of power for personal and political gain, for which you can be personally sued and removed. (Taking actions for yourself by using the power of your office is illegal. Same as a policeman can’t shoot his wife’s boyfriend and then claim he was just a policeman enforcing the law. It has to be official office business.)
“Mar-a-Lago Search Shows the Swamp’s Trump Obsession (WSJ)”
Quote inside: Wall Street Journal says Joe started WWIII for us. Funny, I don’t remember them reporting that before. So Joe: starter and approver of WIII, the final war, nuclear-grade, with Russia. WSJ: anyone want to let us in on why? Why you seem so nonplussed about it? Just a throwaway line: “Hey, ‘Merica Dudes: we’re in WWIII, or somethin’. Totally ‘rad.”
And this goes back to the “Peaceful transition of power” they were talking about every day, that the country was founded on, and Washington proved to us first time ever. Funny: I seem to remember Congress approving the electors without wishing to investigate, and then Trump therefore leaving office on the 6th. Sounds like a peaceful transition of power. Does that compare to 2017-2020 when power was never given over and transitioned to the Trump administration, but was always undermined and investigated? Universally called “illegitimate” in public when they couldn’t be arsed to investigate the 2016 election they said was illegal, and Obama himself said no votes were changed? So whose “Peaceful transition” is it that’s happening…and not happening?
So because Trump handed over power and “Peacefully transitioned” to Biden, that’s not enough somehow? “You won! Congratulations, here’s the big chair. I’ll be in Florida golfing if you need me.” Not enough?
No. That means we no longer have a “peaceful transition” of power, the foundation of the Republic and Democracy. Certain factions have power, keep power regardless of any election outcomes, then use that power to prevent future elections. So it seems.

Note, as long as people are being murdered, they’re happy. It’s only when they survive, get rich, have jobs, increase marriage, stability, and reduce abortions that they’re mad and need to act out. Okay we see that in their actions for decades of proof: WHY? Why if they have no baby formula or there are grenades in the streets, ‘tis but a shame, but if people have their wages increase, they need to act right away! Raise rates now!!!!!!!!!!! If people are in poverty for gas taxes, the French countryside gutted for decades, tant pis, but if they protest to tell you they’re hurting, we shoot French women in the eyeball? THAT DAY, mister! Then it’s serious and must be stopped, TOUT SUITE!
Conclusion: Bad things are “Good”. For them. “Good” things are bad. For them. The people must not have good things. Our two interests are no longer aligned. The government is provably against the people and directs and approves only bad things for them now.

Like Sarah Palin, the U.K. finally found someone yet more incompetent than war criminal Blair and BoJo the Clown: Liz Truss. So obviously she moves to the tippy-top of the list, having not one substantive credit to her name that I can think of. But since Britain is now a nation of racists from all four seas, they cannot elect any white males, because “melanin”. People with melanin are morally superior according to them. And this is the Schrodinger’s sex, since Liz is a woman, although women do/don’t exist, and being one does/doesn’t matter. Matters a lot/little, all at once. In any case, we hates the other kind, the untermensches, we hates them forever and ever: they are the only ones disqualified. All people are equal…except that oooooooone category, who is sub-equal. But we dare not name who that “equal but yet sub-equal” group is, or else we’ll be banned. Banned because they’re equal, and banning people for saying so is happening, but it isn’t.
What was that guy in the North again? Arrested for “making someone, somewhere, sometime, ‘uncomfortable’, online”? Yes, I’m sure when the Bobbies showed up with guns and arrested him, THEY made HIM pretty ‘uncomfortable’ too. So what gives? …Unless somehow HE was part of the un-namable, horrible, Untermensch, that don’t exist, but do. Because we don’t arrest people for being a color or gender, except we do.
Right? And that’s not an “ethnostate” long established as the dream and desire of Nazis, except it is. And that “can’t happen here”, except it already did.
Gosh I hate racism. It’s illogical and unscientific. Especially the American kind, where it’s like “Black and White!!!” Um: speaker? Who’s “Black”? This is America: everyone’s mixed for centuries. Whoever you SAY SO, today, this minute, but not tomorrow? (Larry Elder) For that matter, who’s “White”? New Serbian immigrants, muslims? Yes/no? Puerto Ricans, who are Americans for 100 years? People from Marseilles but not Madrid? Lakota who marry are immediately 100% “White” but black people who marry are 100% “black”. Y’all make no sense. And you set, establish, and enforce law on this basis, as the primary characteristic of all legal and social exchanges. WTF.
Just STOOOOOOOOOOP already. “The Party of Science.” Who apparently believe in racism and Eugenics. Stop.
August 11, 2022 at 4:57 pm #113251D Benton SmithParticipantYesterday one of TAE’s good commentators, @AFewKnowTheTruth, posted this wonderfully wry humorous quotation from senior oil geologist Colin Campbell (co-founder of ASPO) said around 15 years ago: “You can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.”
Ahh, but our governing elites never give up trying to anyhow, don’t they?
What makes Campbell’s one-liner so funny is that it is written in “Catch 22” format. If the first statement in the sentence is true ( i.e. you can ignore reality) then the second statement ( you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality) is not true, but since the second statement is so patently true then the first statement (i.e you can ignore reality) must therefore . . . and just as patently . . . NOT be true. It can only ever be not true. Ipso facto, Campbell is literally and truthfully saying (in Catch 22 style) a true and simple statement of an obvious fact : You can not ignore reality.
Corollary to Campbells Law : “You can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality, and trying to anyhow is called, “Power”.
Addendum to Corollary Of Campbell’s Law : “You can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality, but NOT trying to ignore the consequences of ignoring reality is called “Absence”.

August 11, 2022 at 5:48 pm #113255Bill7ParticipantThere is much I agree with in this maybe-too-tidy article:
“..I suggest the war in Syria was/is the last of the true imperial wars and the war in Ukraine is the first of the new kind of war, whatever that turns out to mean.
The first truly Orwellian war perhaps, waged, as he describes in 1984, not by one power block against another, but by the “elites”, united by mutual interest, against the rest of us.
A continuation of “covid” by other means.
After all we can’t deny this war launched at a very opportune moment for the NN didn’t it, and has helped promote a lot of the same agenda, as well as created a MASSIVE distraction from the most important lesson “covid” taught us.
The common purpose of those who think they rule us.
To answer the question I posed at the start –
I think the enemy is the anti-human agenda that the war and “covid” are helping to promote.
I think creating (fake) binaries is a part of the process.
I think this enemy wants us taking sides, often meaningless sides, and swapping outrage narratives because that stops us focusing on it and its agenda..”

August 11, 2022 at 8:39 pm #113261AfewknowthetruthParticipantToday the Military Summary channel has reported a Ukrainian attack on a brewery that damaged an ammonia plant, resulting in a severe ammonia leak in addition to direct casualties. That is in addition to ‘petal mines’ aimed at injuring civilians.
For more scary is the discussion about the Ukrainians continuing to fire artillery shells at the Enerhodar nuclear power station. Although the core is well protected and designed to withstand a hit by a plane loaded with fuel, there are storage facilities for ‘spent’ fuel that are vulnerable. And a direct hit on that could result in “worse than Chernobyl” irradiation of Europe! .
I guess the Ukrainian forces perpetrating these attack are praying for continuous westerly winds.
It is suggested that the reason for these acts of desperation is that the regions to the north of Crimea are planning to hold referendums, with a view to democratically joining the Russian Federation….and we all know how much the fascists in London and Washington love ‘freedom and democracy’.

We had to wear masks during the church service.
You can tell instantly Ottawa is a 100% government town, 100% vaccinated that looks down on anybody who isn’t vaccinated. They are 100% sure that vaccines are the only correct solution to covid. This is government shaped mass formation at it’s worst.
Three days later, a young double vaccinated attendee reported testing positive for covid. So now I am waiting to see if my Wife and I will catch covid. It is wandering amoung the vaccinated that I dread. If I catch covid it will be from the vaccinated, since my Wife and I are the only 2 Canadians, that I know of, who aren’t vaccinated!

If the NZ mass control experiment is anything to go by, the unjabbed rarely get covid, and if they do the symptoms are mild and the body fights off the infection in a few days.
On the other hand, the mask-wearing, double-jabbed and triple-jabbed get covid, become very ill and eventually recover, only to get it again a little later. That is the ones who don’t die from complications induced by the jabs.

As Canada becomes more diverse, so does our audience and our talent pool. The Globe is committed to reflecting that audience through content creation and public outreach. The Globe is equally committed to strengthening that talent pool through recruitment, development, promotion and retention of staff.
We believe diversity is the recognition of differences including race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, age and physical abilities but is not limited to these. Life experiences, previous work experiences and a plurality of points of view are all part of what makes up a diverse group of people.
At The Globe and Mail, our goal is to make sure all people feel included. We are committed to creating equitable opportunities for all employees, to enable everyone to reach their full potential.
Current available position: Reporter ( https://can62e2.dayforcehcm.com/CandidatePortal/en-US/theglobeandmail/Posting/View/519 )
… just one peculiar condition in it:
All offers of employment with The Globe and Mail are conditional upon the candidate being Fully Vaccinated. To be Fully Vaccinated is defined as someone who has received the full series of a vaccine or a combination of vaccines accepted by the Government of Canada (currently Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen) and has received the last dose at least 14 days prior to their start date. To prove they are Fully Vaccinated, all new hires will be required to provide evidence by emailing a copy of their vaccine dose administration receipt(s) to Human Resources prior to their start date. Those seeking exemption based on one or more of the protected grounds in the Human Rights Code will need to provide their request for accommodation to Human Resources for approval. If the accommodation request is not approved and the candidate is not Fully Vaccinated, any offer of employment will be revoked.
… so much for diversity and inclusion!
… only in Canada, I say: … what pity.

The Globe & Mail is one of Trudeau’s “woke” newspapers. The “woke” use the vax as a legal means to openly discriminate against the very diversity they talk about while doing the opposite.
Saw Canada’s top general saying they need to tweak their vaccine policy to ensure 100% compliance. So far they have kicked out about half of the over 1,000 soldiers who have refused the vax. This behavior is happening inspite of not being able to recruit new soldiers to replace losses. So Canada’s army will shrink in size some more along with the British army.
I am still waiting for the US army to follow through on their threats to discharge all unvaxxed soldiers. Afterall the US army needs to get smaller for everybody else’s benefit.

But I wish they would leave the muskrats be a while so they could have their “eat out” where they take 90% of the cattails. It’s a lovely cycle. The cattails proliferate; the muskrats move in and eat them, building their huts. The geese come and nest on the huts. My lawn (such as it is) grows lush and beautiful, and I make a few noisy goose friends. Then the minks grow in numbers, and take out the muskrats, and the cattails take over the swamp once again.
Minks are a cross between cats and otters. I’m glad they are small.August 12, 2022 at 4:10 am #113276zerosumParticipantA good find/read/food for thought Alistair Crooke: THE MASK OF PANDORA

You stood your ground well against dismissive snark, and outanswered those who supposed themselves to be your ‘betters”. Different bikes for different jobs makes sense. We were talking about “eating oil” my first semester in college, fall 1976. that’s been awhile now. how come everybody doesn’t get it?
