Pushing them into media, news, education…. it’s nothing, really. Just a misunderstanding. A decades-long misunderstanding that’s been turned up to 11 for at least 10 years.

If you call them socialist, then they might say well no not really per se but… And if you call them Communist THEN they’ll say oh no I am a socialist it is different.
It’s like I always ask — socialists here who say oh no I am not Communist, I’m different, what’s the ideal % of GDP that should be government, at what point will you declare “You’re ruining my Socialism! STOP ruining my socialism!” and fight tooth and nail to bring the % balance of government vs private back to your ideal balance?
Never, right? Maybe stay silent and nod your head. Let someone else do the heavy lifting. Maybe wait for key moments to say “Well, they have a POINT there…”
Communism is just 100% Socialism. if you aren’t looking to stop anywhere short of 100%, then you’re Communist not Socialist. But if you won’t openly advocate for revolution all the way to 100%, then you’re just a cowardly Communist.
Current year marxism – all the Frankfurt School fellows, false consciousness ported over to race, sex, environment etc, intersectionalism etc — if you are Communist and current year marxism ISN’T the true communism, same kind of question for you I have for the Socialists – if that ISN’T Communism, then where’s the crusade – “Stop! You’re ruining my Communism!”
Kind of like AFKTT – IF the Climate was ACTUALLY his primary concern, then every time some faker lied with a model or fake data or unscientific measurement-taking, he’d say “STOP! Not a step further! You’re ruining my Climate Meltdown!!!! Not a step further, you lying bastards!” He’d want to clean up his own house above all other houses. He’d be pissed at those who mess up his own house above all others but he never ever is. Cosmic Coincidence.
If you’re Communist and never ever have a problem with them Ruining Your Communism but DO always jump in in defense of current year marxism, and only ever say “nothing is happening” ….as a very obvious defense OF WHAT IS HAPPENING, then you’re just another type of cowardly Communist who won’t fight their corner either.
Anyway, Weinstein knows better. His brother was put through absolute hell. Practically the only one who knows better IS Brett Weinstein. What caused Evergreen to self-destruct and seemed crazy back when it happened is now gospel to the Dems. It’s way, way too late to warn them they might SEEM marxist. Even if some of the upper Dems thought it was merely pragmatically useful, you have a generation of young adults who don’t get that as a joke AT ALL.
You Dems went nuts with marxist critical theory – Ibrahim X Kendri and Die, Anglo etc just for example for YEARS. Too late unless you heavily, HEAVILY disavow over and over – I would need to hear it JUST AS wide-broadcast and repetitive and via every HR dept consistently for YEARS to allow the Dems to stand down from this. I’d need to see the dems not only promise, not only try, but ACTUALLY roll back the changes they made. They never will try.
