I am supposed to be baking banana muffins but the comments here have been such a blast, sadly there are no muffins!

One thing I notice and really like about TAE commentaries, is that each commenter in their own unique manner, are independent thinkers who do not like being told by idiot authorities what to do!

Good to see little cosco paying quick attention. Remember back when that one was from a dude from the midwest (w/ the mask photos, right?); then later a “single mom”; then yet later a man in the PNW?

I wonder how many of you who “knew it all along” (re: 💉) are people who have at least once deconverted from a major religion, ideology, or cultural movement.

Regarding my own life experience, I tried really hard to adopt an evangelical culture but in time found out that I was lied to by many regarding the truth of its origins and its book, but beyond the lies were a lot of misled and misinformed people empowered to lead and inform others by the conviction of their immersion in enclosed reinforcing communities. That is the real Big BrOther. They —the clotted, the nodded, the shotted, and the rotted— might not today think themselves “religious” or “believers” or “theists”, but this is what that majority of people are immersed within: what binds them together (my mask protects you, father sucker, so don’t you care enough to protect me?) is a god, a social deity awakening into awareness, constituted from their quest to be vessels and instruments of a new social order, protecting through ritual humiliation and conformity their status as adherents of the right way of doing things, encouraged to take out their self-loathing on the outcast minorities and scapegoats (the ones looking forward to a winter of suffering and death, remember?).

So, it’s no wonder the atheists —the genuine ones having been freed from the need of an all-powerful genie to satisfy their desires— can see through the bad doctrines, empty speeches, and meaningless contradictions, just as it’s no wonder the theists —the genuine ones who recognize a true humility regarding knowledge and intentions means letting go of their need to control any other but one’s own cravings— also see through the same bullshit and lies. It’s all the people who keep offloading responsibility and intentions to others, who want some other god and not the one within them to “handle” it: they are getting what they want. Are you, getting what you want?

It’s not everyday to be present for the birth of a god, much less one whose path has been prepared in advance by all the hard work people thought they were devoting towards doing away with gods, myths, and bigotry towards the unwashed. But, here y’all are. This is your karma as much as your choice —at least, I know for me, this is the time my lifestream came into its own, became aware, and now struggles often to guide me through this. Haven’t you noticed your own dreams lately? Don’t you too recall a time when you should have died, yet somehow you’re now here? And for all the shit you’ve pulled and jokes-on-you, aren’t you still eager to see yourself be the one saying the punchline at the last comedic scene of your herkyjerky life? Why give up now?

This god hates being mocked and laughed at. Bombs, guns, assassins: useless for reinforcing its power. Comedy, humor, and laughter: joy undaunted will unmask all villains.

Making word-chaff, gibberish is their goal; a place where words have no durable meaning.
Notice their cotton candy language, which melts when you try to parse it; also, the prevalence
of images and “videos” over text.

Since it’s on the darpaNet it can be changed in an instant, and there is no recourse of significance.

That’s one of the reasons this medium was created… as some will find out only later, through their
    “smartphone”, which runs their life.

“Oh, that was *SO* last week..”

It seems to me that the wordsmiths on this here darpaNet have about run their course. What further
    employment opportunities will they find?

My impression is that plain speech- well backed up by a (non darpaNet) record of action- will be increasing valued.

    wordsmithing will decreas in value.

I’m pretty sure the “trust deficit” I’ve mentioned is not an accident, and pointing it up will not
be beneficial for some, especailly for good-hearted people who want to assume the best in others.
I don’t really know what to say about that, except Time tells much.

‘What is to be *done*, in the face of this well-coordinated, long term project against the great majority of the world’s humans?’

I cannot recall how many times I have said exactly what needs to be done, and how many videos I have linked telling people how to do it. Two dozen times? Three dozen times?

And others on this site have posted exactly what to do and have detailed their personal efforts many dozens of times, maybe hundreds of times in total.

So who around here is not paying attention?

Maybe I missed it, AFKTT: I tend to scroll past the thousand-word comments.

My impression is that there can be no solidarity as long as this here darpaNet (a one-way window into the many’s thoughts, which can be infiltrated and subverted in an instant, no?) is the primary medium of discourse. That seems to me to fit the facts, so far.

Regarding the fearsome falsely real* gods that guys like Nietzche predicted would arise from the dying phoenix of modern technocratic, effectively godless humanity, I offer this more-or-less atheist hymn that fits these gods of cybernetic bureaucracy just as well:

*rather than the really false gods like Yahweh, Krishna, etc., who are just names we can neither prove nor disprove, only believe in as we will

Oh Bill7, your faith in me as some kind of bent bot is touching. Not in the usual sarcastic but in the literal sense: your need to believe in believing no one is in some ways sad to me but also heart-warming, like a child arguing with its parents because no one will believe that his invisible friend is really invisible.

    “But we can see Bimpsees!”

    “Nuh-uh. He’s in-vid-i-buh.”

The point of it beyond serving you emotionally in some arcane way, is beyond me. It certainly doesn’t add to ‘real talk’ about ‘real topics’.

You pop up, get all friendly, start offering some useful sense, contributing at least some tunes, and then you go all aggressive-passive: a lotta bark but no bite.

I don’t get it. I don’t mind it, but I’d really much rather be laughing with you than at you. That said, feel free to laugh at me an it please ye. Works for me.

I just noticed that a county by county level map of the 2022 election is pretty much a dead match with a county by county level map of the reported Bird Flu outbreaks that resulted in 50 million chickens being euthanized . . . based on PCR testing rather than birds actual dying from the disease. Basically, Blue counties were VERY unhealthy for chickens, while Red counties were disease free.

That’s remarkable. It had never occurred to me that chickens were Conservatives.

How much of the endless money has found its way onto this person’s hip pocket? “Clinical instructors” – I wonder what the hell they do?
The gates of hell have already swung wide open, but not by Elon Musk, and havoc has already spread far and wide. If freedom of speech helps to bring truth into the public domain, you could say Elon Musk is taking the baton from Assange.

So Our Rulers have chosen Billionaire Elon Musk as the “free-speech saviour of humanity”. JH Kunstler seems to be swallowing that line, anyway, though he never seems to notice that none of his predictions ever, ever come true (except resource depletion).

    “Who to trust?”

That’s a question you have to answer for yourself, Bill7. We can’t answer it for you, and I feel confident saying that we weary of always being suspected by you (who the fuck are you, anywho?) as being mere cybershadows even as you ask us whom to trust.

You might not know it, sir, but you run a vicious cycle of self-contradicting logic over and over and over… I don’t think you’ll ever resolve that one by thinking about it any more than one resolves alcoholism by drinking about it.

I sincerely recommend you recognize it as a pointless compulsion and the best that you can do for your pace of mind is stop chasing its tail and think about other things. Online, there is no one you can properly trust unless you know them well in meatspace (now a very archaic term that once was tres hip).

No. One. You have to pay your money and take your chances. If you can’t accept that simple truth, but whining incessantly about it won’t make it go away but will tent to make others wish you would, and that is not what you think, I think.

Looky: an alleged argubot playing barroom therapist to the man who can’t believe the person he’s talking to isn’t a shape-shifting alien. Wadda wild world. But then, I start my social day between 5-7 am when my friend Jay, a 62-year old ful-blown paraschizo in advanced alcoholic/cannabis abuse decay who can barely utter words any more but needs someone to listen. (I can hear him‘ between the lines’ of what has become 80% grunts, whines, and whistles, 15% semi-coherent verbiage, and 5% ultra-lucid moments often of great profundity.: beautiful soul, once beautiful mind eaten by a psychotically devastating event I wouldn’t wish on Satan.)

So I’m kind of used to being the nut-whisperer. That’s not character assassination aimed at Bill7; just my earnest opinion. It’s what I really think. I’m happy to let Bill7 think I’m a paid government operative or insert sexy music, but it only increases my belief that he’s struggling with paranoiac compulsion.

But what do I know? I not only believe in guardian angels, I talk to them.

And with that, I must stop responding to Bill7. Seeing it is obviously a compulsion, either psychological or salaried, it would be either cruel or at best pointless for me to acknowledge him as a person any more. I’m hoping he’s salaried and not paranoiac. Or if he’s paranoiac, I hope he’s getting paid for it.

Either way, it looks like suffering to me; my touching it seems to only make it worse, so I’ll touch no more.
