Meaningless. Intelligence regularly lies to the FISA court, they consider themselves above Congress, so what difference will this make? Of course, all these actions, as well as being meaningless, are shutting the door after the horse has bolted. The deep state can shut down Trump any time it wants to, so we shall see whether it wants to by watching what it allows Trump to do.
