Bruce an ER resident at NMC San Diego ignored a 4yo with an acute abdomen 100% fatal without immediate surgical intervention. The child also had been diagnosed at birth with a condition carrying 90% mortality. Having been presented this information and the child, Bruce said of the 4yo boy, “He doesn’t look sick.”

The malefactors included the dike Command Master Chief who organized a showing of the video to who crew of NHBremeron Senior Enlisted personnel. You see, the video showed the aggrieved senior Chief’s wife and daughter obtaining “healthcare” at the navy hospital.
You see further, the bigger problem for that motley assortment of low level sociopaths was the “Hannibal Lecter”/”Dr. Jekyll” who was pissing on their parade.Clearly Bruce Meneley wasn’t remotely the only problem in the Navy or Govt and he was groomed for it since the 1980s like many others selected for an essential quality, being easily corrupted.
Leadership.They, the Navy, Navy Medicine, Arthur, Tam, Hunter, Wilson, Roberts et al “hand-selected” for command twice over me and others. They labeled me instead Hannibal Lecter and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The Navy bought it, specifically The Navy JAG an O-9, Vice Admiral, put his indifference and imprimatur to it.

@Dr. D: Thanks for reading what I put up last night. I don’t mean to be hard on Ritter, and he does have information standards pertinent to a real journalist, and he did say “Iran has a nuke”, while explicitly explaining that they had not made one, but could make a gun-type device quickly.
He did not mention that they might have tested a nuke that they did not make, which I have brought up before, and it’s an interesting Fatwah work around to not make one, but to just test one for a friend and borrow a couple more to have on hand as a secret-deterrent-that-the-“Satans”-know-about.
Nobody ever said where South Africa’s 2 missing nukes went. I always figured Israel got them smuggled out, but some folks thought Iran did.
It remains to be seen what, if anything, is going to be up with North Korean troops in Russia. They did sign a mutual defense pact, so who knows. I don’t know how close… If you drill straight down 7 miles, a couple of feet diameter hole, which is nothing unusual, you could lower a device to the bottom.
