It means de-banked, like what Trudeau did to the truckers anti-covid lockdown demonstrators in Canada.

Joe B. Prez, *all over the world*, it was understood that he was a stuttering, senile figurehead, so the US could be challenged, circumvented, even ignored, etc. Much (banking for ex.) could now be decided without the US. which was going down fast -> was the mantra. (BRICs part of that…story…)
This created open chasms, opportunities, for all kinds of groups, including, speedily, Israel, who saw an oppo for lets just call it ‘expansion’ of their territory…
Now the US is clumsily dealing with that loss of power, imho they are trying to support / appease / make deals with Isr. as they are terrified of ‘further war’ – gas prices in the US for ex. in view of the Nov. Prez. election.
What gives our elites power is the acceptance by others (us and people like us) of the elite’s presumed authority. That status of authority is acquired by controlling information.
An “authority” is the name given to those persons that others turn to for information when they don’t think that have enough to make an informed decision on their ow. By extension that also includes depending on those “authoritative people in the know” for decisions as well, because “authoritative people in the know” have been agreed to be the only ones with the dependable knowledge skills and wisdom. We defer to their superiority in such matters as requires more ‘juice, wisdom & authority’ than we have ourselves.
Once such a person or entity is accepted as the “referee”, then from that point forward they are the man-in-charge. They are the “final decider”, which INCLUDES being the “orders and permission giver” of what is true, permissible or mandatory. The final say in to making such final decisions and judgment is theirs and theirs alone. They the boss, and they have mini-bosses below them, FOR whom they make decisions and TO whom they give mandatory orders.
You don’t have to chew on that little circularity very long to realize that it is a very (as in VERY very) powerful position to hold. With it you can do pretty much anything that you WANT to do, because, hey, you’re the one who gets to decide whether or not it is the thing to do.
Since you have the officially agreed upon AUTHORITY to make that definitive choice, then THAT choice is the one that gets done. Conflicting “orders” or narratives (and the people involved in them) get SQUASHED, by order of the Boss.
This state of authority includes, of course, the authority to deem that any disagreement with their decision or enforcement is wrong or illegal. They are, after all, the authority who is the final decider on such matters. What they say, goes.
In other words, and perhaps a bit less head-spinningly “circular”, the boss IS the boss.
Our problem here in America (which is to say, here in the Great Western Empire of Lies and Murder) is that we have individually and in groups yielded our personal authority to “official” authorities primarily by believing what they tell us is the truth, when in FACT they have been LYING through their smiling teeth all along. Like, from the git-go.
One of the biggest, and certainly the most effective, lie that these authorities assert is that they can, should, and indeed MUST BE BELIEVED as THE final and enforceable authority on determinations about what is true. If you don’t believe that then just try telling the truth about them and then pay close attention to what they then do to you as a consequence of your brashly honest and truthful statement. ALL of which actions, by the way, will be done to you in ways which THEY have officially authorized as legal.
See the problem with that? I’m sure you do. Any jackass who is reasonably intelligent and is perfectly willing and able to lie, steal and kill can set himself up as the tin-pot “AUTHORITY” over everyone who are less willing to become a total fucking criminals.
In other words, the so-called “Pyramid of Power” is populated as a hierarchy of criminals. There ain’t no way around that conundrum for so long as you insist on having power to enforce your will over the free will of another, but against their will and despite their objections.
Do you see the solution? I’m fairly sure (based on our present circumstances viz a viz the government) that you don’t. The solution is to stop believing authorities. The reason to stop believing them is because they are lying (and hurting you), and the WAY to stop believing their lies is to learn and share the truth which the lie is lying about. This process is highly unlikely to make you rich and famous, although there ARE a handful. Take careful note, however, of the fact that there are VERY few of them who can make an honest living at it, and they get killed a lot.
Oh, and at the same time (and for the same reason) stop complying with and accepting their “authority” ……. because they don’t have any. The appearances that they do is based solely and only on your belief. So stop doing that! Stop believing them.
The hands down best way to stop believing lies (that I know of) is to proactively search out and discover the relevant truths that pertain to those lies. Once you’ve done that you’re out of the trap. Only a self destructive fool goes on believing a lie after discovering the truth, and I’m certain that no one around this joint are so foolish as that.
